The Rush Sports Medicine Fellowship Program is based at Rush University Medical Center and Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, located in Chicago’s West Loop. Our program was founded by Dr. Bernard Bach in 1989 and includes greater than 100 alumni throughout the U.S. and Canada. In 2016, Dr. Nikhil Verma became the Director of the Fellowship Program and has continued to flourish under his guidance. Our program is an ACGME accredited postgraduate sports medicine fellowship with positions available for five board eligible/board certified orthopedic surgeons.
